What is Zinc?

Zinc is a minor mineral that human need a little, but indispensable. Human’s bodies do not create Zinc. Zinc is found in almost every cell of the body. Zinc is the main component of over 200 enzymes of the body. Zinc deficiency symptoms are fatigue, stress, loss of appetite, weight loss, appear the white spot on the nail, fragile nails, slow wound healing, hair loss, and dry rough skin
