| Green Tea Extract | 50 mg |
| Alpha Lipoic Acid | 25 mg |
| Chromium Amino Acid Chelate | 5.2 mg |
| Pyridoxine Hydrochloride | 2 mg |
Dosage : The recommend dose of L-carnitine is 500 – 2,000 mg per day. Take 1 tablet 2 times a day. Take 1 tablet before meal or ½ -1 hour before exercise.
Packing: : 30 tablets
